A good Card
Reviewer: anonymous reviewer from Toronto, Ontario, who calls Mauritius (Cell)
You actually get the minutes posted....call quality is good....no fee at all but make sure to call the Phone Card Customer Service to check the actual rate before buying. In my case I did not get the actual minutes posted for the country I called and I was very disappointed since it was my first purshase from this site. I contacted this site Customer Support and everything was resolved the same day ......great comunication between Customer Support.....5 stars for that...23.03.2013 Please delete my prevoius review since everything is resolved....thanks
Great!

Been using this card for almost 5 years never had a problem with it. Only sometimes the sound quality drops but overall its a great card.
I use Ci. Ci. to Call Israel and USA

When calling a landline in Israel it is the best card on the market. However, they advertise that it cost 2.5/min¢ to call Israel; I think it is closer to 3/min. My landline phone provider chargers 10/min¢ to call a cell phone in Israel. CiCi charges 14/min¢ . So, watch when calling cell number in Israel. Excellent connection any time of day and night. I call daily Israel for about 15 min.
Excellent card = nothing hidden

You get exactly what you expect, no b.s. connection, minimum, or any other fees but the minutes you use. Just get a card that you use up in six months and you get every calling minute for 2.9c. I will soon use it for calls to France. Same 2.9 c/min.
This is the only card I'll buy

This card gives you the minutes you pay for. I've never found any maintenance fees, and as long as I call from my own phone (not using a payphone and the toll free access number) there are no extra call charges. Plus, it takes a long time for the card to expire, so if you're an infrequent user it's great.
